Is everything really done online?
Yes. From the questionnaire to your provider consult to delivery, the entire process is online — no in-person visit required. You just need to live in the United States.
Is there a membership or subscription fee?
No — there's nothing to join and nothing recurring to cancel. You pay for your consultation and, if prescribed, your therapy. That's it.
How long does the consult take?
The initial questionnaire takes about five minutes, and your provider review fits around your schedule. Most people complete the whole process in a matter of days.

What happens if I'm not approved?
If a provider decides treatment isn't right for you, they'll explain why and, where possible, suggest next steps. Your safety always comes first.
